Data Deletion Guide

1. Delete via App

  • Open the Lybra app and navigate to your profile.

  • Tap the Settings icon (gear) in the top-right corner.

  • Scroll down and tap "Account."

  • Tap "Delete Account."

  • Confirm by entering your password or using biometric authentication.

  • Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

2. Delete via Email

Send an email to privacy@lybra.social with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include:

  • Your Lybra username

  • The email address associated with your account

  • A brief confirmation that you wish to delete your account

We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days.

3. What Gets Deleted

  • Your profile information (name, email, photo, bio)

  • All video content you created

  • Your voting history

  • Challenge results and leaderboard entries

  • Device and usage data associated with your account

4. What We May Retain

We may retain certain information as required by law (e.g., for tax, legal, or fraud prevention purposes) or where we have a legitimate business interest. Anonymized and aggregated data that does not identify you may be retained for analytics purposes.
