1. Humans Only

Lybra is a human-only platform. This is non-negotiable.

  • No AI-generated content. Videos must be recorded live through the Lybra app using your front-facing camera. Deepfakes, AI voice cloning, AI-generated visuals, or any synthetic media will result in immediate removal and account suspension.

  • No pre-recorded uploads. You cannot upload videos from your camera roll. All content must be captured in real-time through the app.

  • No impersonation. Do not pretend to be someone else. Your profile must represent you.

2. Respect Others

No hate speech. Content that promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic is prohibited.

  • No harassment or bullying. Targeted attacks, threats, intimidation, or persistent unwanted contact toward any user is not tolerated.

  • No doxxing. Do not share another person's private information (address, phone number, workplace) without their consent.

  • Compete with respect. 1v1 challenges are competitive by nature. Trash talk is fine; personal attacks are not. Know the difference.

3. Keep It Safe

No dangerous activities. Do not create challenges that encourage self-harm, dangerous stunts, or activities that could result in physical injury.

  • No explicit sexual content. Nudity, pornographic material, and sexually explicit content are prohibited.

  • No graphic violence. Content depicting real-world violence, gore, or animal cruelty is not allowed.

  • No illegal activity. Do not use Lybra to promote, facilitate, or depict illegal activities including drug use, weapons, or fraud.

  • Protect minors. Lybra is for users 18 and older. Content that exploits or endangers minors will result in immediate permanent ban and reporting to authorities.

4. Play Fair

No vote manipulation. Using bots, fake accounts, or coordinated groups to artificially inflate votes is cheating and will result in disqualification and account suspension.

  • One account per person. Multiple accounts are not permitted. If detected, all accounts will be suspended.

  • No spam. Repetitive, irrelevant, or promotional content that disrupts the user experience is not allowed.

5. Respect Intellectual Property

Do not use copyrighted music, images, or other content you do not have the right to use.

  • If you receive a copyright complaint, we will follow the DMCA takedown process outlined in our DMCA Policy.

6. Enforcement

Violations of these guidelines are handled on a graduated scale:

  • First violation: Content removal + warning notification.

  • Second violation: Content removal + 7-day account suspension.

  • Third violation: Content removal + 30-day account suspension.

  • Severe violations: Immediate permanent ban. This includes any content involving minors, credible threats of violence, or terrorism.

We reserve the right to escalate enforcement at any stage based on the severity of the violation.

7. Reporting

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines, report it using the in-app report button or email support@lybra.social. We review all reports and take action within 24 hours for urgent matters.

8. Appeals

If you believe your content was removed or your account was suspended in error, you may appeal by emailing support@lybra.social with the subject line "Appeal: [Your Username]". Appeals are reviewed within 5 business days.
